Summer Programs Go Online

Posted on May 4, 2020July 2, 2020 by admin

Our Museum summer youth programs for elementary aged children are “going virtual” rather than be presented at the Museum this summer due to COVID-19.

Each week two programs will be available online:

Kids’ Quest

This program will include stories, conversations, games and crafts. Topics will include critters, bees, water, mail and the general store.

Ag is My Bag

During this program we will interview local farmers, gardeners, foresters and other ag specialists to learn more about why agriculture is important in South Dakota.

Registration

If you register by filling out the form below, we will send you a box at the beginning of June, July and August containing the craft materials for the Kids’ Quest programs, free of charge!

If you would like to participate please sign-up by July 27 so we can get your supplies mailed for August.

Directions for finding the videos online will come by email so be sure to enter yours carefully.

We look forward to learning with you this summer even though it will be different.

May 21, 2020 is the last day to sign-up for June programs. If you would like to join us in July fill out the form and we will add you to our July list.

This is the grown up who will receive the monthly box of supplies.
This is where we will send a weekly email with a link to the video presentation.
